This private application prepares content from media supplied by its owner. Use is limited to the owner and expressly authorized people and devices. Do not share the application access key, Google credentials or OAuth tokens.

By using the YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the linked privacy policy. The operator does not represent Google or YouTube and cannot grant platform approval, audit clearance or ownership rights.

You are responsible for the rights to supplied media, music, sponsor material and depicted persons, and for accurate audience and synthetic-content declarations. AI selections, crops, transcriptions and text drafts require your review.

Connecting an account is not permission to upload or publish. Each transfer requires the exact approved content version and target account. Public and unlisted publication requires separate explicit approval of the final version and visibility, and all provider prerequisites. Changes invalidate the relevant consent. Uncertain provider results must be reconciled before retrying.

Availability depends on the owner's Mac, network, provider policies and API limits. The software does not guarantee reach, revenue, continuous availability or approval by a provider. Original files should be backed up under the owner's control. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
